George Cranston Shepherd

George CRANSTON was born about 04 October 1846 and was a son of Alexander CRANSTON and Martha McQUEEN.  George was married to Margaret BAIRD who was born about 1853 in Crawford.  George was a shepherd and he and his family were living at the Crookedstone farm in Crawford in 1881. 

Children of George CRANSTON and Margaret BAIRD:

i.  Alexander CRANSTON, who was born about 1873 in Crawford, Lanarkshire.

ii.  David CRANSTON, who was born about 1875 in Closeburn, Dumfriesshire.

iii.  Williamina CRANSTON, who was born about 1878 in Crawford.

iv.  Martha CRANSTON, who was born about 1880 in Crawford.
