George Cranston Coachman

George CRANSTON was born about 12 March 1819 and was a son of George CRANSTON and Margaret MURRAY.  On 17 October 1847 George was married to Agnes IRVINE in Glasgow.  Agnes was born about 1824 and died in 1875.  George was a stableman and coachman and in his later years he lived at 127 Dumbarton Road with Robert and Janet GRAHAM.  George CRANSTON died 21 February 1896 in Glasgow.

i.  George CRANSTON, who was born about 1849 in Partick, Glasgow.

ii.  John Irvine CRANSTON, who was born 15 May 1854 in the Govan district of Glasgow.

iii.  William CRANSTON, who was born about 11 October 1856 in Partick.

iv.  Margaret Murray CRANSTON, who was born about 11 July 1859.

v.  Alexander CRANSTON, who was born about 25 July 1863 in Partick, Glasgow.  Alexander worked as a Ship Builder in the Partick area of Glasgow.
